JOINT EAST NUSA PENIDA FULL DAY PRIVATE AND AFFORDABLE PACKAGE TOUR

Good morning everyone! I was thrilled to be able to embark on a day trip to East Nusa Penida with our guests who booked a tour package to East Nusa Penida. They were a lovely family from Europe—a father, mother, and their daughter. Our tour began early in the morning with a hotel pickup in the Canggu area. I arrived at their hotel at 6:00 AM, as we had a 6:30 AM departure for Sanur Harbor. By 6:20 AM, everyone was waiting in the hotel lobby, ready for the trip.

After gathering, we drove to Sanur Harbor, which took about 40 minutes. Upon arrival, I parked the car and escorted our guests to the fast boat office for check-in. Our fast boat was scheduled to depart at 7:30 AM. After completing the paperwork, the ship's staff escorted us through the new terminal building, which was very modern and elegant—Sanur Harbor now boasts excellent international-standard facilities.

Shortly after, we boarded the fast boat. At precisely 7:30 a.m, the boat began its journey to Nusa Penida, a journey that took approximately 45 minutes. Throughout the journey, the views of the open sea were breathtaking. We could see long rows of trees, green hills, and feel the refreshing sea breeze while listening to the crashing waves. This made the journey even more exciting. Before we knew it, the boat was nearing the coast of Nusa Penida.

Upon arrival at the port, our local driver—a good business friend—was waiting. He guided us to the vehicle parked specifically for our East Nusa Penida island tour. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the driver was very friendly. Mineral water was provided in the car to keep us refreshed during the trip.

WE START THE EAST NUSA PENIDA TOUR FROM THE HARBOUR

From the harbor, we headed toward Diamond Beach. The drive took about 1 hour and 15 minutes, passing winding roads, uphill climbs, and a few bumpy sections — but the scenic views made everything worth it. The untouched nature of Nusa Penida is simply breathtaking. Finally, we arrived at Diamond Beach. As soon as we stood on the cliff viewpoint, everyone fell silent — amazed by the turquoise-blue ocean, soft white sand, and the iconic diamond-shaped rock formations rising from the sea.

WE GOING BY THE FIRST VISIT TO DIAMOND BEACH NUSA PENIDA

Diamond Beach is one of the most famous beaches in Eeast Nusa Penida. Some guests immediately started taking photos, while others simply stood there enjoying the incredible panorama. For those brave enough to go down to the beach, the experience required walking down hundreds of steps. Is it tiring?
Yes. Is it worth it? 1,000% YES!

THE SCOND VISIT IS ATUH BEACH NUSA PENIDA

Our driver patiently assisted and guided us down, and also helped us take photos at several of the best photo spots. After enjoying our time at Diamond Beach, we continued the adventure to the next destination. Just a short drive away is Atuh Beach — a beautiful bay-shaped beach with calmer waves. The atmosphere here is more relaxed and peaceful. Sitting on the sand, taking photos along the shore, and enjoying a fresh coconut made this stop extra special.

VISIT THE ICONIC NUSA PENIDA TREE HOUSE MOLENTENG

Our next stop was the iconic Tree House Molenteng — one of the most popular attractions in East Nusa Penida. The wooden tree house sits right on the edge of a high cliff, overlooking the deep blue ocean and the dramatic coastline around Atuh Beach. The view is absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise. This location is extremely popular for photography because the combination of cliffs, ocean, and open sky creates breathtaking images perfect for Instagram, vlogs, and even pre-wedding photos. Beyond photography, the atmosphere here is incredibly peaceful. With nothing but ocean sounds, gentle sea winds, and quiet surroundings, it’s the perfect place to relax and escape the busy world.

SEE THE INCREDIBLE VIEW POINT OF THOUSAND ISLAND

After enjoying these incredible photo spots, we headed to our final viewpoint of the day: Thousand Island Viewpoint (Raja Lima). This is one of the best panoramic spots in Nusa Penida, offering a breathtaking view of small rocky islands scattered across the turquoise sea — truly looking like a “thousand islands.” From the high cliffs, the scenery feels like a giant natural painting. No wonder this site is so popular for photos and drone videos.

GET NICE LUNCH AT RESTO IN NUSA PENIDA

Finally, it was time for lunch, which we enjoyed at a simple local restaurant. The food was delicious, and it was the perfect moment to relax and share stories about all the experiences from the morning. We were tired — but extremely satisfied.

GOING BACK TO BALI

In the afternoon, we headed back to the Nusa Penida harbor. Our fast boat departed at 4:00 PM and returned us safely to Sanur Harbor. From there, I took our guests back to their hotel in Canggu.

It was a long and tiring day, but seeing the smiles on our guests’ faces made it all worth it — thanks to the breathtaking nature and amazing atmosphere of East Nusa Penida.
